What’s your hidden talent?
What is the skill or ability you have people are always surprised to learn you posses? What hidden talent do you wish you had?
I’m really not sure if anyone is surprised by any of my skills or abilities. I don’t recall being told so. I suppose after seeing my house, someone who has only known me since I have had children might be surprised to know I’m actually very good at organizing stuff. It doesn’t show as well anymore, though, now that I share space with three people who do not value neatness as much as I do, and I’m not good at getting people to do things.
As for wishing about talents, I’m not wasting time wishing. I’m working to improve skills I want to do better. I guess it would have been nice to discover I have a hidden talent for designing digital graphics. It would be wonderful to find a great talent in me for photography. Maybe it is just hidden behind my rough technical skills at the moment.
