Taking a few minutes to read some email before I wrap Xmas presents, I read about this cool office, The Cube, in an article at The Unclutterer, which sends me email updates. When I saw there is a pool of photos of stand up desks, I took a look. I have never wanted to stand up at my computer because I get plenty of standing up time with the kids and housekeeping and often my computer time is relaxation time. However, I can understand the desire to stand to work. Furthermore, I guessed it is healthier. In fact, someone shared this article with his photo of his stand up desk: MU Study Finds That Sitting May Increase Risk of Disease, MU Professor Offers Solution: Just Stand Up! What a sensible solution!
I’ll go ponder this while I wrap presents. By the way, I wrap presents standing up.
